The diphtheria and tetanus vaccine (dT) is a basic vaccine
Protection against tetanus and diphtheria should be maintained at all times. Working-age people should get a booster every 20 years, and people over 65 need a booster every 10 years. In the past, basic vaccinations in Finland also included the polio vaccine, but today it is given to adults traveling to areas with polio prevalence.

You do not need a doctor's referral for vaccination, but please make an appointment in advance either through our online appointment booking system or by calling 09 1620 570. NOTE! Appointments for shingles vaccination can only be made by calling 09 1620 570.
The vaccine is administered by a nurse or doctor. The price of the vaccination consists of the vaccination procedure and the vaccine.
