THE REHABILITATION METHODS AND HOW THEY ARE PUT INTO PRACTICE
The rehabilitation course and the subsequent self-help course are based on cognitive behavioural therapy.
During the rehabilitation, there is an opportunity to consult an addiction doctor or a psychiatrist for support.

- provide knowledge about alcohol misuse
- offer tools to free yourself from the misuse
- provide you with the opportunity to process your misuse.

THREE-MONTH SELF-HELP GROUP
Following the rehabilitation course intensive days, there is a three-month self-help group.
Contents:
The group is always led by a trained person.
The group involves engaging in an open dialogue.
The self-help groups meets once a week, on Wednesdays at 17–18.30.
