YOUR OWN DOCTOR
Everyone has their own doctor, who is responsible for their care. The doctor discusses with the patient, asks about the patient’s alcohol background and any problems in their life and describes how the treatment will be conducted. The basis of successful treatment is tailor-made medication and discussions between the patient and the doctor/healthcare staff.
LENGTH OF THE TREATMENT
The length of the treatment depends greatly on the customer’s alcohol background and age. Older patients normally need a longer period of treatment than those who are younger. The minimum period is 48 hours. The treatment package always include subsequent follow-up at the addiction doctor’s clinic. The best results are achieved with at least 72 hours treatment.
